Leadership isn't a title I've chased. It's how I'm wired. Whether it's a complex implementation with no clear owner, a team that needs direction, or a problem nobody wants to touch, I move toward it. That instinct has defined my career more than anything else.
I've spent that career inside enterprise financial software. Complex, high-stakes, no room for failure. I learned how to deliver under pressure, how institutions operate at scale, and how to make things work when problems feel impossible.
Now I'm building my own things. AI is the most interesting shift in software in my lifetime and I'm not sitting on the sidelines watching it happen. I want to be someone who shapes what comes next.
The thing that drives me more than anything is unlocking what's possible. Taking a vision, making it real, and seeing what it can become.
